Evaluation is an integral part of any teaching and learning program. Evaluation is the essential and important part of this program. In the teaching and learning program main two parts are the most important part i.e. student & teacher. So in the evaluation process also. There should be active participation of students in teaching- learning process. Evaluation plays an enormous role in the teaching-learning process. It helps teachers and learners to improve teaching and learning. Evaluation is a continuous process and a periodic exercise. It helps in forming the values of judgment, educational status, or achievement of student. Evaluation in one form or the other is inevitable in teaching-learning, as in all fields of activity of education judgments need to be made. Evaluation tools & techniques play an important role in teaching- learning process. They are a great tool to evaluate teamwork of students and individual contribution to group tasks in school. Evaluation tools are useful to teachers and students it also facilitate peer-review by setting evaluation standards. In this article, we discuss importance of evaluation in teaching-learning process. In this research paper an attempt has been made to find out the gender-wise difference in overall mental health of school going adolescents. 300 students of 10th class were selected randomly as a sample of the study from the different schools of Distt Bilaspur city (HP). Mental Health Battery (MHB) constructed by Arun Kumar Singh and Alpna Sen Gupta were used as tool of study. The results reveal that Male and female school going adolescents do not differ significantly from each other with respect to their mental health in over-all adjustment area.

This paper attempts to study the academic achievement of high school students in mathematics and their mathematical interest in relation to certain selected variables in Himachal Pradesh. The sample included 400 students of Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh by employing random sampling techniques. Data were collected from Sen. Sec. School students by using standardised questionnaire. The tool used for the study was developed by Dr. Uma Tondon and Ashok Pal. The findings of the study reveals that there is no significant difference in the academic achievement in mathematics of High school students, although the males students of high schools possess slightly more interest in mathematics.

Tribal population in India add more to its diversity and dignity. Around 700 total Scheduled Tribes in the country (Ministry of Tribal Affairs Government of India, 2013) that constitute 8.6% of the total population of the nation (Kumar, Pathak, & Ruikar, 2020). Out of total 12 Scheduled Tribes in Jammu and Kashmir Gujjars and Bakarwals in majority both together are more than 85%. Education to the tribes a great challenge and difficult task for the government because of their lifestyles. So, in the present paper the researcher intended to get acquainted with Educational Status of Gujjars and Bakarwals in contrast with other tribes of Union Territory and Scheduled Tribes at the national level and the challenges that they are facing in their education. The present paper is review of the past literature from different online sources. The past results Educational Status of Gujjars and Bakarwals of Jammu and Kashmir is low as compared to the other tribes of Jammu and Kashmir and STs of India but recorded an enhancement in their literacy rate over the decades. The educational status of Gujjars was found better than the Bakarwals tribes of Jammu and Kashmir. It has been also revealed that the remoteness, life on hilly terrains, parental attitude, low economic status, domestic work, long distance to school, teachers refusing to work in hard settings, girl's early marriages, etc. are some major challenges and obstacles to the education of Scheduled Tribes Gujjars and Bakarwals. The present study was an attempt to study the influence of parental occupation on the emotional intelligence and moral values of secondary school students. A survey method was used to collect data. The sample consisted of 560 higher secondary school students. The emotional intelligence scale developed and standardized by Mangal and Mangal and Moral Values Inventory developed by Sen Gupta and Singh were used for data collection. Statistical techniques like Mean, standard deviation, and t-value were used to analyse the data. The results showed significant differences in emotional intelligence based on their parent’s occupations. The mother’s working status also affects the moral values of secondary school students but the father’s occupation does not affect their moral values. In today’s competitive world every student wants to score highest mark, for scoring highest mark he needs to master the basic mathematical operations. After completion of his elementary education, a child has optioned for choosing his career in any stream. Mathematics is the subject, which is used in our day- to-day life even an illiterate person should know basic operations of mathematics. At primary and upper primary schooling stage, learning of the mathematic necessary and this is proper stage when students’ mathematical aptitude should be enhanced. For this purpose, Vedic mathematic technique is useful, because it is based on 16 main sutras and 13 sub-sutras. By using Vedic mathematic techniques, we can enhance mathematical aptitude of upper primary school students. And can remove their mathematic phobia and anxiety. Researcher developed a mathematical aptitude test and done a pilot study on upper primary school students. This paper high lights the effect of Vedic mathematic techniques on the student ability to do mathematical operation fastly. Hence enhancing their mathematical aptitude. Chemistry is concerned with the substances of which matter is composed, the investigation of their physical and chemical properties, and the use of reactions to form new substances. Chemistry is a subject based on the practical. It is of extreme importance for junior college students to improve their accuracy in chemistry practical. In the present study video demonstration method was used as a technique to enhance the accuracy in chemistry practical. Since the researcher conducted an experiment to find the effectiveness of the instructor controlled pre-practical video demonstration method as compared to the traditional method in improving the accuracy in chemistry practical, for the present study, the study was experimental in nature. A two group post test only design was selected. Video Demonstration Method was used for the experimental group and Traditional Teaching Method was used for the control group. The study was conducted with 100 F.Y.J.C. Science students studying in Late P. R. Patil Utkarsha Vidyalaya and Junior College, Virar (W), Palghar, Maharashtra. In this study, experimental and control groups were used. Video Demonstration Method was used for the experimental group and Traditional Teaching Method was used for the control group. Conclusion showed that there is a significant difference in the results of experimental and control groups. Video Demonstration Method is more effective than Traditional Teaching Method.

In the present era of globalization, English has emerged as the language of communication both at the national and international level. The present times demand curriculums integrate technology with the teaching learning practices to improve the achievement levels of the students, particularly the language skills. So, the need was felt to design technology integrated instructions for teaching the subject of English which may prove beneficial for the students. The importance of this study lies in its practical value and its contribution to the pedagogical body of knowledge in teaching of English. Using a Learning Management system is an innovative approach to teaching and learning that refers to the mixing of different learning environments. Here it refers to an instructional method designed by combining traditional classroom teaching with asynchronous online learning through learning management system called Moodle. Schools are an important context for children’s well being (Gutsman & Feinstein, 2008) and there is a strong link between well being and academic success (El Ansari & Stock, 2010). The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically adolescent’s academic achievement and their well being. Four dimension of wellbeing were examined i.e. social wellbeing, emotional well being, physical wellbeing and school well being. The relationship of wellbeing and academic achievement was studied for both boys and girls i.e. 32 adolescent boys and 32 adolescent girls. The sample for the study was taken from across government schools of Chandigarh. Postcolonial Literature is a body of literary writings that react to the discourse of colonization. It is written by natives of formerly colonized countries. Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe is an African novel set in the precolonial past. It was written in the 1950s when the colonial rule in many African countries began to collapse. Through this novel Achebe intends to prepare the natives of colonized countries for self-rule by making them realize that Africans did not learn to be civilized from their colonizers, they had their way of life before everything was snatched away from them. This paper attempts to highlight the indigenous culture of the Igbo community before colonization as depicted in the novel and the effects of colonization on the people. This paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, we will look at the cultural aspects of the precolonial Igbo community, and in the second part, we will look at the beginning of colonization in Igboland and its adverse impacts on people. The life of migrant workers in a host state has been a serious issue all the time. This paper tries to identify different psycho-social and health related issues faced by labour migrants in Kerala and how does these issues become vulnerable during pandemic. For this, the researcher’s learnings from empirics have been well utilized to evolve the concept and arrive at conclusion. Self-observation of the various psychosocial and health related issues faced by migrant workers in pandemic period supported by document analysis from data derived from articles, journals and news reports has been used for a comprehensive analysis. The most significant findings are the psycho-social issues, which include a high level of anxiety, tension, and dread as a result of disease-related worries. But to certain extent Kerala was the only one Indian state which could provide maximum support for migrant workers to overcome the effect of Covid- 19. But there are negative impacts reflected while implementing the supportive measures to these interstate migrants because of the lack of national level inclusion. A reflective learning from this analysis is that a comprehensive legislative framework is required to accommodate the diverse health and welfare demands of interstate migrant workers. This paper is written for the purpose of our growing consciousness about the role of teacher in classroom management in a blended learning environment. Blended learning is relatively a new approach to teaching learning process. It is a practice that combines digital media with traditional teacher led teaching methods. It is now considered as one of the most effective ways to teach and blended learning programs can now be found at all levels of education. However, one of the major concerns for the teachers while implementing blended learning strategies is how to manage the classroom. It is indeed a legitimate concern since all the students aren’t used to flexible learning environment. Following demonetization and the COVID-19 pandemic, people have preferred cashless transactions or online transactions over exchanging cash currency. Internet banking encompasses a wide range of banking activities that the consumer can perform online. Because these online transactions can be completed from a distance, contact is not required, and the risk of contracting COVID-19 is reduced. As a result, the purpose of this research is to investigate the use of Internet banking in HDFC and ICICI banks in the Marathwada region before, during, and after the pandemic and demonetization. This is a comparative study to investigate the impact of demonetization & Covid19 on the usage of internet banking offered by respective banks. The study focuses on primary data collected through questionnaires. Secondary data was gathered through online articles on economic times, RBI reports, journals, newspapers, and other sources in order to review the literature and understand the theoretical background of Internet banking in India prior to demonetization, during COVID-19 , and after COVID-19. There is a significant difference in the factors influencing the use of Internet banking services at various stages of a pandemic situation. The main purpose of the paper is to explore the relationship between Physics Laboratory Competence and Academic Achievement in Physics among Higher Secondary students. The sample of the study comprises of 300 school students (150 male and 150 female) of Higher Secondary class were selected. Normative survey method was employed for data collection. The investigator modified and used the Tool – of Dr. Meena BuddhisagarRathod,RenuMoyadeKotwale(1971). There is no significant relationship between Physics Laboratory Competence and Academic Achievement in Physics. There is no significant difference between male and female Higher Secondary students in Physical Laboratory Competence and Academic Achievement. There is no significant difference in Physics Laboratory Competence based on school type. There is significant difference in Academic Achievement based on school type. There is no significant difference in Physics Laboratory Competence, Academic Achievement based on Father’s occupation.There is no significant difference in Physics Laboratory Competence, and Academic Achievement based on Mother’s occupation

In order to gain a parliamentary majority and establish a government based on that majority, two or more political parties must agree to collaborate. Though, voting rights are guaranteed in democracies but may not be sufficient to create a majority government. The most significant method to participate in politics is by voting which can be accomplished directly or indirectly, in secret or in the open, by mail or in person. Although Indian politics may not yet be the final choice for dishonest and corrupt individuals, they can no longer be held up as a model of what public service should be. Because decisions in a coalition government are reached by consensus and are based on a shared strategy to gain position. The party's regulations must be adhered to in every detail. The possibility that a powerful opposition was in charge of monitoring policy changes and keeping the public informed about them could not be rejected. The hospitality industry is one of industry that focuses on the quality of human resource. In order to provide the good service, the hospitality industry needs qualified human resources. This is because the hospitality industry fully oriented to customer’s satisfaction. The success of the hospitality industry can be seen from customer’s satisfaction through the services provided by the hotel. However, there is one problems faced by hospitality, there is the employee turnover. The impact that felt because of the employee turnover are disrupting the operations of the hotel and also causing losses for the cost, time and a decrease in production and services. The questions and the purpose of this research are to determine the significant factors of the employee turnover at Hotels of Chandigarh. Referring to the concept of Santhanam et.al (2015). There are six factors about the employee turnover in hospitality industry. Those are recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal, career growth opportunities, and salary & benefit. After determining the significant factors of the employee turnover at Chandigarh Hotels, the purpose of this research is to reduce employee turnover at Chandigarh Hotels. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to employees of three stars and above category Hotels and obtained 405 respondents. The results of the questionnaire collecting were processed by using SEM. Natural Justice (rule of Fair hearing and rule against bias) is every person’s intrinsic right irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race, sex and nationality. It hasn’t been defined anywhere under Constitution of India. But its glimpse can be seen under Article 14,19, and 21 i.e. right to equality, right to freedom of speech and expression, and right to life and personal liberty. When we relate Natural Justice to Section 498 A of Indi Penal Code we see there is been lot of misuse of this section by the Indian woman only for whom this section was actually made. This section was initially added in the IPC for the protection of women against harassment and cruelty made by their own husbands and in laws. When these women just run towards getting justice for the frivolous fights in the heat of a moment and complaint against their family they don’t even think about the further consequences. They simply complaint and the whole family including husband have to stay in jail they don’t even provided a fair chance of hearing and notice before arresting. We know how police in our country reacts over such cases. They simply put everyone behind the bar without even thinking for a minute that it can affect their image and status in the society. They should atleast done a preliminary enquiry before doing so. This is pure violation of the natural rights of the accused and his family about whom nobody thinks. This is a high time to think about the validity of this section I’ll try to find out the possible results in my paper through some case laws.

A particular kind of educational program called evaluation seeks to gauge student progress in all three emotional, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. After considering the procedure and the outcome, a decision is made. The evaluation's findings are always distilled in terms of the participant's altered behavior. Formative assessment is a term used by teachers to describe a variety of formal and informal evaluation techniques used to improve student development and make necessary changes to teaching and learning strategies. Giving instructors and students detailed feedback on both performance and course material is typically required. Evaluation of program participants that has a focus on program outcomes is referred to as summative evaluation. Summative assessments are used to assess students' learning, skill development, and academic achievement at the conclusion of a particular educational session, such as a project, unit, course, semester, program, or school year. The major objective of this essay is to attest to the teacher's instruction while also demonstrating how formative and summative evaluation techniques affect students' behavior. Our evaluation system was taken into consideration when creating the current paper. Job satisfaction is one of the most significant factors to ponder for the employees. Teachers in present era are experiencing much stress. Teachers working on contractual basis in the initial years of their job are referred as Shikshan Sevak or Shikshan Sahayyaks. Especially, these teachers are handling many stressful situations in organisational climate which might affect their career as a teacher. It is of great significance to study the work pressure and workload of Shikshan Sahayyaks. Organisational climate determines the culture of any organisation. So, the main aim of this paper is to study an impact of different dimensions of organisational climate on Job satisfaction of Shikshan Sahayyaks teaching in junior colleges. The objective of the study is to find the relation between Organisational Climate and Job Satisfaction. The study is undertaken to find the climate factors that influence job satisfaction. The study includes 80 samples collected from the teachers working as Shikshan Sahayyaks in junior colleges. Data were analysed using ANOVA and regression analysis. The results showed that there is significant difference in Organisational Climate and job satisfaction with regard to gender and age of the Shikshan Sahayyaks. It was also revealed that Shikshan Sahayyaks have moderate level of job satisfaction based on the organisational climate. Keywords: Organisational Climate, Job Satisfaction
